Has True Blood's Anna Camp Gone Mad?

Looks like Mad Men dvd Don Draper has found himself a new blonde.

Mad Men DVD promotes Jared Harris to series regular

Anna Camp, who played vampire-hating preacher's wife Sarah Newlin on True Blood DVD's second season, was photographed on the set of Mad Men DVD SET filming scenes with series star Jon Hamm. (Semi-spoilery evidence of Camp and Hamm in their '60s get-up is here.)

AMC would not confirm Camp's casting, so details about Camp's character and the length of her story arc remain unknown. Chances are she's another of Don's conquests, but her character's look definitely evokes a certain Betty Draper (January Jones) feel, no?

Don and Betty's marriage crumbled in Season 3, as Betty discovered chronic philanderer Don also had a secret past as Dick Whitman. Betty, in turn, flew off to Reno to file for divorce with her new beau, Henry Francis (Christopher Stanley), at her side. Season 3's final scene showed Don moving into a new apartment in the city. Production on the new season began Monday.

Besides her role on True Blood DVD SET, Camp has also appeared on The Office DVD, Glee and Numb3rs.

What role would you like to see Camp play this season? Are you excited for more Mad Men BOX SET?
