Mark your calendar for even more Fall TV: the doctors of Grey's Anatomy return Sept. 23, picking up two months after we last left Seattle Grace and the traumatic shooting spree that nearly killed Derek. But Derek's back and looking like the poster child of health in these new photos from the season premiere (just check out that perfectly styled hair!). In the pics, he addresses several members of the hospital staff, including Meredith, Teddy, and new series regular Jackson. The soon-to-be-married Grey's anatomy couple is in here, too, though we don't get to preview their nuptials (if you're still in the dark about who they are, here's the spoiler). Take a look!
